On December 23, 2020, Governor Mark Gordon transferred $218,000 in CARES Act funding to Sublette County.
These funds are part of the Governor’s Charitable Relief Program and are specifically earmarked to reimburse local non-profit organizations that have supplied goods or services in relation to COVID, or have incurred financial losses due to the pandemic (see attachment for rules governing distribution of funds).
The deadline to submit applications for these funds is 5:00 P.M. on Friday, January 22, 2021. The County Commission will consider and award funds at its first meeting in February, which is tentatively scheduled for February 2, 2021.
